摘要: Today, natural resources have been destroyed to make developed built environment. Furthermore, this destruction is on behalf of the creation quality urban environ‐ ments. It necessary that dynamics planning, design, application processes which build environments should be taken into account and firstly these retrofitted. In context, approaches, principles, action plans, tools from planning architecture, architecture building materi‐ al, material production consumption technologies based ecology ranked in a hierarchical row frame adopted. This ecological framework theoretical, legislative, administrative base for sustainable settle‐ ments, livable cities, addition community has chance comfortable living condition. chapter, ecosystems cities ,which can embraced as organisms, are mentioned. With integrated approach, begin‐ ning importance utilization eco-technologies also emphasized design ecology.
