摘要: This review explores recent work directed towards more targeted treatment of cancer, whether through specific anti-cancer agents or methods delivery. These areas include delivery by avoiding the reticuloendothelial system, utilizing enhanced permeability and retention effect tumor-specific targeting. Treatment opportunities using antibody-targeted therapies are summarized. The ability to treat cancer targeting angiogenesis is also discussed antiangiogenic drugs in clinical trials presented. Delivery that specifically use nanoparticles highlighted, including both degradable nondegradable polymers.
