摘要: Biological membranes are highly organized structures that permit cells to interact with their environment in a selective fashion is consistent the needs and function of particular cell. The diversity lipid compositions characterize various types biological (Cohen Derksen, 1969; Sanslone et al., 1972; Zambrono 1975; Comte 1976) implies composition an important determinant membrane. In fact, cellular processes such as membrane fusion (Papahadjopoulos 1973; Poste Allison, Cullis de Kruijff, 1979), lateral diffusion proteins (Edidin, 1974; Barrantes, regulation membrane-bound enzymes (Farias McMurchie Raison, 1979; Kovatchev 1981; Miyahara 1981b) intimately linked physical properties (e.g., fluidity) which largely determined by at physiologic temperatures. One fascinating features basic structure, function, under given set conditions maintained while molecules constitute dynamic state. exchange transfer between membranes, lipoproteins, movement two halves bilayer (“flip-flop”) attest state lipids (Bell, 1978).
