摘要: The main extracellular matrix (EM) components in Arctic residents were studied. Northerners had increased levels of total glycosaminoglycans, hyaluronan, and collagen IV plasma both general peptide-bound hydroxyproline urine, which indicates an accelerated metabolism the as compared with Western Siberia. Age-related remodeling northerners manifested changed ratio quantity its components. Levels fibronectin, fractions age while level insignificantly. average positive correlation between biological indicators is suggestive a relationship these two processes: aging, on European North, pathological matrix, it associated aging. Changes local regulation system, including those related to metalloproteinases their tissue inhibitors, may be one reasons for matrix.
