摘要: We report a novel full-color display based on the generation of by highly efficient blue QD-LED light approach, or so called color-by-blue display. This newly proposed combines CdZnS/ZnS subpixel and excitation source with front-emitting green/red phosphor subpixels. It is carefully estimated that detailed characteristics as well full color-conversion reasonable device efficiency blue, green, red satisfy minimum requirements for application. Also, we would like to emphasize shows maximum luminance 1570, 12920, 3120 cd/m², respectively, luminous 1.5, 12.1, 2.5 cd/A, external quantum 6.8, 2.8, 2.0%, respectively. expected color will lead further technological advancements in area facile applications.
