摘要: Lung cancer (LC) is the leading cause of mortality worldwide, predominantly due to difficulty early diagnosis and its high metastatic potential. Recently, increasing evidence suggests that circulating tumour cells (CTCs) are responsible for relapse, CTCs have attracted interest in metastasis detection quantification. In present study, we collected blood samples from 67 patients with bone metastasis, 30 without such searched CTCs. Then association CTC numbers other clinico-pothological variants was analyzed. Results demonstrated when 5 or 1 taken as a threshhold number, there were significantly higher positivity group than non-metastasis group. While increase number not associated any clinicopathological factor, including age, gender, pathological type, intrapulmonary lymph node last above mentioned obviously negativity two variants. Taken together, appears be lung cancer.
