摘要: Context Solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas are generally considered to be low malignant potential despite their often large size at presentation. The diagnosis a solid tumor depends on characteristic histomorphology supported by immunohistochemistry. tendency some these locally aggressive and also metastasize has been well recognized. It is not possible predict biologic behavior based only morphology. Methods hospital database including radiological records histopathology patients with metastatic tumors, treated Tata Memorial Hospital between January 2006 May 2007 were retrospectively reviewed. Results clinical details, features three cases unusually presented. Conclusions important recognize that may present or recur as invasive widely lesions. While presentation radiology demonstrate an disease, it still difficult prove its conventional histomorphological grounds. In spite presence local invasion metastasis, long term survival complete excision should attempted.
