摘要: Abstract The present work investigates gold uptake using a commercial resin, Lewatit TP 214, and rice husk, agricultural waste, from synthetically prepared, dilute chloride solutions with 100 ppm (Au3+) provides comparison between these two sorbents. effects of the different parameters on (%) were studied in detail. Before husks activated, was poor 214. However, after husk activated at 1000 °C under an argon atmosphere, increased fourfold. increasing sorbent dosage, contact time, temperature. Additionally, by 214 is intermediate-controlled process activation energies 28.44 26.41 kJ/mol, respectively. XRD patterns revealed that its metallic form. capacities for 93.3 109.6 mg Au per gram,
