摘要: Enhanced recovery after surgery can reduce immunosuppression and inflammation in patients with laparoscopic distal gastrectomy The aim of this study was to investigate the effect fast-track on inflammatory response immune function radical gastrectomy. A total 244 undergoing for gastric cancer from January 2014 December 2017 were collected. divided into (FTS) traditional groups. index, postoperative complications measured before operation. There no significant difference index between two groups day operation one operation, all P > 0.05. On POD3 POD6, expression CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, IgG, IgM, IgA FTS group higher than that statistically (P < 0.05).There operation; POD1, POD3, IL-6, TNF-α, CRP lower (P < 0.05). total significantly those Fast-track effectively degree reaction incidence compared has a smaller impact body’s function, which is worthy promotion clinical practice.
