摘要: L.)isavaluablefruitcultivatedintheworldasanimportantplant. Therearealotofindustriesengagedwiththedrying,processing,qualitycontrolandsortingoftomato. Arapidandreli-ablemeasurementofqualitativefactorsoftomatoanditsproductscanbeaseriousnecessityfortheproducersandindustrialists. TheobjectiveofthisresearchwastoimplementSERSasamoderntechniquetoevaluatesomequal-itativeparametersoftomatojuice. Topreventtheeffectofcartenoidsandflorescencebackground,thejuiceswerecentrifuged. SilvercolloidwaspreparedaccordingtoLeeandMeiselmethodforSERSexperiments. TheresultswerecomparedwiththespectraobtainedfromordinaryspontaneousRamanspectroscopytechniquedata. Threemajorbandsassignedtocarbohydratesintomatoweredetectedandanalyzed. Moreover,amediumbandrelatedtoproteinscouldbeidentified. ComparisonofSERSspectrawiththenormalspontaneousRamanspectraprovedthatSERShasaprivilegeinthemeasurementofcarbohydratesandproteinsasaneffective,rapidandprecisetechnique.PACSnumbers:78.30.
