Identification of the needs of elderly people in Northern Ireland

摘要: This paper presents the results of a survey on persons over age 65 in Northern Ireland. One aims this research was to identify and measure needs elderly population order develop Programme Care. It would seem logical that problems tend increase with age. Since is becoming older given commitment community care, will have serious implications for National Health Social Services. The present carried out using questionnaire extract details concerning individuals’ mental state, ability self-care household duties, mobility, accommodation, social activities, general health, strain imposed others current support from statutory services. each category were then presented 5 age-groups: 65–69, 70–74, 75–79, 80–84 85 +.
