摘要: Abstract Small plasmids, of molecular weight 3 Mdal, which are present as a multi-copy state in all naturally-occurring mucoid strains and the established standard Streptococcus mutans , were detected by use Strep. specific muramidase, mutanolysin. The this enzyme has enabled constant detection plasmid from with high reliability, confirming findings cariogenic plasmids their uniform size tested.
