摘要: Wistar rats were made iron deficient by a low regimen. Iron overload was produced repeated intraperitoneal injections of ferric nitrilotriacetate (Fe(3+)-NTA) for one to four months. Hepatic tissues from these deficient, overloaded and control examined transferrin receptor (TfR), (Tf) after immunohistochemical staining. TfR Tf mainly distributed in the peripheral part lobule (zone 1) normal, iron-overloaded rats. The staining intensity decreased zone 1 3. strongest iron-deficiency rat hepatic cells, weakest cells when compared with controls. difference between three groups similar that TfR. In rats, stronger than 2 3, distribution pattern Tf. These findings suggest (1) uptake vivo is regulated mediated Tf, (2) expression 3 liver may result progressive decrease deposition lobules
