摘要: Abstract Non-immune lymphocytes from some mouse strains can kill certain syngeneic, semisyngeneic and allogeneic lymphoma cells in a 51Cr release assay. The cytolytic activity was selective, but the specificity unknown. Spleen peripheral blood 1–2 month old mice yielded highest activity. nude were highly active. This natural killer cell (abbreviated NK) appeared to be small lymphocyte could not classified as T- or B-lymphocyte by various fractionation procedures. vitro genotype dependent. Genetic analysis revealed that responsible gene(s) dominant, with an H-2 linked factor(s). A high degree of concordance seen when compared vivo tumor resistance different genotypes, using Moloney virus induced lymphoma. Also same thymus independent.
