摘要: Summary Adult Wistar rats were subjected to partial or total nephrectomy injected with mercuric chloride induce a state of acute chronic renal failure. They developed sequential pathological changes in the cardiovascular system characterized by fibrin deposition pericardium and fibrinoid many systemic arteries arterioles. Focal myocardial necrosis interstitial fibrosis feature long term Increased vascular permeability was evident failure especially when autologous blood also into pericardial sac previously nephrectomized rats.
