摘要: For the analytical characterization of pure metals and determination very small contents elements (< 1 p.p.m.) in organic inorganic matrices, methods analysis using a combination several operations are always essential to prove validity direct instrumental (single-step such as e.g. non-destructive activation or solids mass spectroscopy) avoid errors that could arise, from faulty standard samples. This paper will show how many sources systematic multi-step arise necessary before measurement isolated trace element, may be significantly reduced by use simple micro ultramicro techniques. Various examples given, which include weighing-out decomposition sample, well separation traces matrix volatilization, co-precipitation, extraction, displacement gas chromatography. Numerous Be, B, C, F, Si, S, As, Te Hg matrices often determined accurately absolute amounts < 10-10 g. These apply equally extreme (content: micro-trace (mg samples) for concentrations p.p.m. range.
