摘要: SUMMARY: This study was conducted to determine the trends in Campylobacter antibiotic resistance occurring our setting and assess differences isolates using patterns of plasmid profiles. One hundred jejuni strains human poultry origin isolated 2002 - 2003 (phase A) 2005 2006 B) Kingdom Bahrain were evaluated. Susceptibility erythromycin, ciprofloxacin tetracycline determined, extraction polymerase chain reaction detection tet(O) gene carried out. A single erythromycin-resistant isolate identified, sharp contrast high which also showed an increment phase B. Tetracycline higher chicken (80.9%) compared (41.3%) (P < 0.01). Most harbored two plasmids (23 kb 35 kb) with significant correlation between carriage isolates.
