摘要: Recent progress in microbiology resulted the enrichment and isolation of anaerobic bacteria capable biodegradation various hydrocarbons under a variety electron-accepting conditions. Problems challenging hydrocarbonclastic organisms required new approaches modifications conventional microbiological techniques. This chapter summarizes collective experience accumulated this area starting from sampling precautions includes all stages cultivation construction initial incubations to final steps evaluation culture purity.
