摘要: Nowadays the composition and formation of effective teams is highly important for both companies to assure their competitiveness a wide range emerging applications exploiting multiagent collaboration (e.g. crowdsourcing, human-agent collaborations). The aim this article provide an integrative perspective on team composition, formation, relationship with performance. Thus, we review contributions in computer science literature organizational psychology dealing these topics. Our purpose twofold. First, at identifying strengths weaknesses made by two diverse bodies research. Second, cross-fertilization opportunities that help disciplines benefit from one another.
