摘要: ABSTRACT The formation and sedimentation of droplets containing cells is a major problem in cell separation techniques such as centrifugation zone electrophoresis. This paper develops mathematical model for the settling velocity liquids dispersed that sediment through denser liquid. Both cases single multicell have been considered. results shown certain values dimensionless density difference, increased with decreasing volume fraction, whereas other passes minimum. curve minimum when difference between globule liquid more than two times densities supporting medium.
