摘要: Asymmetric 1,4-addition of amine, thiols, phosphite, or nucleophilic silicone to α , β -unsaturated substrates is regarded as efficient, atom-economical, and powerful reactions for the preparation corresponding chiral -amino-, -thio-, -phosphonylate-, -silyl-compounds. Recently, significant progress has been made in field organocatalyst transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric reactions. In this chapter, authors focus on reviewing recent regarding syntheses optically active -substituted compounds through using organocatalysts metal catalysts.
