摘要: The described aspects include methods and apparatus for activating a transmitter to communicate in wireless network. By refraining from immediately broadcasting all signals, mitigate interference other cells. In addition, UE whether generate random access channel (RACH) sequences proximity determination or uplink timing synchronization based on parameters received RACH order.
