摘要: The developing mechanisms of the positive and negative corona streamers on insulation surface have been studied by using Dust figure technique together with a line pulser. present method has advantage measuring velocity discharge development mechanism, because distributions charges in can be colorfully separated recorded. By applying shorter time pulses from 10‐ to 920‐nsec duration needle point where glass plate is sandwiched between electrodes, diameter recorded charge quantities their against pulse were obtained. observed average velocities at voltage 12.0 kV 2.05×108 cm/sec 0.63×108 negative, respectively. Moreover, when was applied formation lag cathode fall wa...
