摘要: Abstract Copper and iron ions at physiological concentrations catalyzed the decrease of viscosity hyaluronic acid solutions brought about by ascorbic acid. This reaction required presence oxygen as did with alone. The was converted copper to products more active than itself. Dehydroascorbic dihydroxymaleic were also autoxidants. Ethylenediaminetetraacetic (EDTA) had no effect on However, EDTA abolished catalytic but enhanced in Catalase a strong inhibitor system without or not effective for ferrous absence
