摘要: A magnetometer for measuring a magnetic flux comprises plurality of superconducting quantum devices (SQUIDs) connected in series, each SQUID including: loop containing two Josephson junctions J1, J2 to other parallel; and flux-focussing region 116A, 116B, the configured generate screening current response flux, modulating corresponding voltage which is in-phase with array.
