In situation where multiple criteria are involved confusion can arise if logical, well-structured process not followed. Another difficulty in decision making that reaching general consensus multidisciplinary team be very difficult to achieve. By using MCA the members don't have agree on relative importance of Criteria or rankings alternatives. Each member enters his her own judgements, and makes distinct, identifiable contribution jointly reached conclusion. This manual written an audience needs clear, easy follow used field implement MCA. The information structured so reader first introduced concepts before dwelving into more specific applications Multi Analysis. reviews conceptual framework C&I introduces theoretical basis MCA, methods such as ranking, rating pairwise comparisons Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). It provides example how applied Forest Certification context both from 'top-down' perspective well 'bottom-up' context.
