摘要: Water quality may differ in at least two physical parameters from water system typically used to measure the growth of microbes: pH and temperature. This study is determine most significant associated with Escherichia coli (E. coli) strain laboratory. parameter distilled cultures nutrient broth were performed sterile condition, testing effects E. incubation temperature 37 °C. Growth data analysed using Pearson correlation results show good relationship (r=0.971), time (r=0.958), turbidity (r=0.885), dissolved oxygen (r=-0.861), (r=0.763). indicates five out seven that are highly correlated growth.
