摘要: The opening shock factor Ck is a dimensionless formulation of parachute’s maximum drag generated during inflation. It expressed non-dimensionally via comparison with the steady by same parachute moving at speed identical to that sustained suspension line stretch while fully opened. Here we present an update World’s database on including for first time data collected parafoils and solid textile parachutes (i.e., low-porosity hemispherical parachutes). We also discuss, help Momentum-Impulse Theorem, source significant data-scatter typically grace any sets plotted versus mass ratio. paper describes NIH’s ImageJ program, which allows digitizing old paper-based graphical onto modern spreadsheet programs such as Excel.
