摘要: A gas monitoring apparatus (10) identifies a target anesthetic or respiratory species and determines concentration thereof. The monitor includes multi-spectral mosaic filter lens array (12), composite thermal sensing focal plane (26), signal processor (32). (12) comprises 2D of structures (14) long wave infrared (IR) band-pass elements (16) having patterned thermally reflective metal disposition layer (18, 22) disposed on first and/or second surface (20, 24) between adjacent elements, respectively. (26) plurality individual arrays (28) with integrated read out circuits (ROIC) that output respective sensed channel data (36). (32) receives the outputs (36) generates an indicative identification (50) (52) based oversampling absorption signal, frame by basis image stacking basis.
