摘要: [PROBLEMS] To provide a microsphere comprising the substance mentioned in description, which has sustained release period of about two to four weeks after administration, enables encapsulate high content, can reduce initial burst substance, and maintain optimal effective blood level during period. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Disclosed is copoly(lactic/glycolic acid) (PLGA), wherein 1) PLGA contained an amount 3 10 parts by weight per 1 part substance; 2) average particle diameter 20 50 μm; 3) molecular 10,000 50,000 [lactic acid]/[glycolic acid] ratio 75/25 50/50. It found that promote production various endogenous repair factors therefore useful for types tissue disorders.
