摘要: Summary We report the case of a two and half year-old girl who developed fulminant hepatic failure following 5 days regular oral ingestion paracetamol, approximately 90 mg·kg−1·day−1. She presented with typical findings hepatomegaly, encephalopathy, high ammonia levels, transaminases, hypoglycaemia lactic acidosis. After stabilization, she was transferred to specialist paediatric liver unit fortunately made full recovery intensive medical management.
