摘要: Viral diseases are common in children and may manifest the skin as exanthems or specific lesions such vesicles, bullae, erosions, ulcers, papules, plaques, tumors. These illnesses range from serious life-threatening case of smallpox to innocuous cosmetically concerning flat warts. The incidence certain viral like rubella, measles, varicella has been dramatically decreased developing world through immunization programs. For others, Herpes simplex virus 1 2 herpes zoster, we have targeted antiviral therapies. Human papilloma virus-induced warts poxvirus-induced molluscum extremely pediatric problems without therapies, thus numerous possible, but often ineffective, treatments exist. There viral-associated childhood with distinctive morphologies which can only offer observation, symptomatic treatment, supportive care. include unilateral laterothoracic exanthem, Gianotti-Crosti syndrome, erythema infectiosum, papular purpuric gloves socks roseola, Epstein Barr Virus-induced mononucleosis, many enteroviral illnesses. Finally, progress make management rarer cutaneous viruses orf cowpox. all these will be discussed this chapter.
