摘要: A composite material body for a heavy-duty vehicle comprising main and tailgate. The consisting of base, front wall two lateral walls comprises structural reinforcements in porous is produced by vacuum infusion molding using rigid mold flexible counter-mold. Independent claims are also included method producing the including steps of: (i) waxing mold; (ii) placing first mat inserts; (iii) skin fibers; (iv) on skin; (v) core optionally preformed balsa and/or PVC foam; (vi) second (vii) counter-mold over ensemble; (viii) airtight fitting together edges counter-mold; (ix) creation between them; (x) feeding resin; (xi) polymerization; (xii) demolding; (xiii) finishing to implement method.
