摘要: Abstract A Raney catalyst prepared from an alloy consisting of 43 wt.% copper, 39 aluminium and 18 zinc a commercial copper oxide-zinc oxide-alumina were tested in methanol synthesis the temperature range 430–530 K, using GHSV 10000 h −1 , constant total pressure 5000 kPa. Total carbon oxide concentration gas was 15–20 vol.%. It found that catalysts had same activity per unit area showed almost identical responses to changes process conditions despite different morphologies resulting methods preparation. catalyst, CuAl 2 containing less than 1% residual aluminium, be active synthesis. The results suggest species are involved both types these involve metal.
