摘要: Abstract Crushing of the sciatic nerve was performed on 84 rats and functional recovery, reinnervation distribution fibre types were studied at short intervals between crush 133rd day. The amplitude evoked muscle potentials increased from 25th day regained a normal value after 42nd Evidence fibres observed as early 14th Apparently complete seen in some muscles 33 days crush. Type-grouping took place day; it preceded 28th by stage characterized presence numerous intermediate fibres. It may be concluded that delay recovery one hand occurrence type grouping other represents time necessary for reversal enzymatic pattern being reinnervated axons different original ones. transitional is probably morphological expression this evolution.
