摘要: This is a report of nonoperative extraction residual biliary stones in 1,086 patients over period 14 years. Successful stone was accomplished 95.9% patients, including extractions effected through the most complex accesses cystic duct. The author favors use variety instruments because so doing makes it possible to cope with various situations which may arise. It strongly recommended that surgeons leave short, large diameter drainage tubes common bile duct, as facilitate instrumental should this need
