摘要: A low cost piezoresistive pressure transducer utilizing premoulded elastomeric seals and adapted for automatic assembly, a method of producing the transducer. stress sensitive element 32 in form diaphragm semiconductor material having thickened rim is held at its between pair 26, 27 thermoplastic housing 11, 16, 20. Electrical connections 14a, 14b with external circuitry are made strain relief jumpers which connect conductive regions on outside to conductors pass through wall.
