摘要: Hull extracts from 91 cultivated rice cultivars (Oryza saliva L.) were used to determine their allelopathic potential on seed germination and seedling growth of barnyardgrass (Echinochloa crusgalli P. Beauv. var. oryzicola Ohwi). The effects various concentrations hot warm water hull selected also investigated. In the initial screening SR31' extract inhibited 59%. length dry weight roots more affected by than shoots. greatest total inhibition was Janganbyeo' 75 96%, respectively. Rice demonstrating significant compared using varying with a or extraction procedure. two procedures displayed different ultra violet (UV) absorption, pH, electrical conductivity (EC), osmotic potential. Warm exhibited lower percentage absorbance in UV range, higher visible EC (S m 1 ) (kPa), showed pH those extracts. As concentration increased, had greater inhibitory effect germination, growth, weight, caloric content occurred when highest (8 g L applied.
