摘要: This paper presents a ZCD circuit that performs optimal zero-voltage switching or valley for boundary mode boost PFC converter. The proposed monitors the demagnetization of inductor via auxiliary winding, and calculates timing utilizing symmetrical characteristic resonant waveform. By this way, delay caused by gate driver can be considered eliminated. Soft-switching operation is feasible under any input voltage conditions since will change between ZVS VS automatically. also applied to other converters. A converter with has been simulated using 0.5-um N-well process verify analyses.
