摘要: One of the most renowned strikes within combat sports is rear hand punch. Its impact force subject to 5 trainable variables: (a) increase leg drive, (b) following step forward, land with a rigid breaking and transmission forces, (c) stretch-shortening cycle action trunk musculature, (d) velocity punch, (e) effective mass. It possible, through appropriate strength conditioning programming, target development each.
