摘要: SUMMARY The effects of surgical stress on the metabolism retinol-binding-protein-thyroxine-binding-prealbumin complex were investigated. The immediate post-surgical period was characterized by a rapid decline in serum concentration retinol, retinol binding protein and triiodothyronine an increase 24 h urinary excretion retinol-binding-protein thyroxine. Similar, but less pronounced, changes seen other subjects suffering acute myocardial infarction not observed normal healthy euthyroid males or pre-operative patients. preparation specific anti-retinol anti-serum use this ‘monorocket’ immunoelectrophoresis are also described.
