摘要: Ion channels and receptors play a central role in variety of cell functions. Accordingly, they can be affected by pathological conditions leading to abnormal function, either through an inherited condition or acquired form. The nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (AChR) is no exception, known the target several diseases.
