摘要: We investigated nitrogen monoxide, dioxide and ozone generation for corona-like dielectric barrier discharge in a stationary magnetic field with airflow. The was produced by the permanent magnet. showed that monoxide could be easily generated at relatively low voltages, application of on hollow needle to mesh discharge. For higher voltages falls zero, increasing voltage increases. also demonstrated simultaneous airflow through electrode affects transition from high regime. This is accompanied important changes production oxides ozone. Changes regime are reflected voltage–current waveforms. obtained results interesting various biomedical applications or bacterial decontamination surfaces.
