摘要: I-131 metaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) imaging was performed in 38 patients with advanced neuroblastoma. Abnormal images were found elevations of urinary vanillylmandelic acid and dopamine high serum neuron-specific enolase levels. Normal or minimal elevation markers seen negative images. In follow-up studies after chemotherapy, the disappearance abnormal uptake noted those normal marker values. A persistently occurred Conversion from a image to an also whose became elevated. MIBG is sensitive detecting active foci neuroblastoma useful monitoring chemotherapy these patients.
