摘要: The effect of the domain configuration on microscopic and macroscopic crystal structures BaTiO3 is reported using polarizing microscopy observations high-spatial-resolution synchrotron X-ray measurements. size ferroelectric was controlled by defects produced substituting strontium for barium. Sr-substituted consisted small uniform domains. tetragonality smaller than that undoped tetragonal due to lattice strain from boundaries. We investigated domain-controlled discussed relationship between structure.
