摘要: 1. Rats fed on thiamine-deficient diet showed a slight increase in body weight for the first two weeks but decreased thereafter. 2. Wet of liver tissue from rats increased slightly during 18 days, after they remained constant. 3. The most thiamine which was found cytoplasm cell rapidly as result deprivation diet. 4. In polysomal pattern analyzed by sucrose gradient centrifugation, heavy polysomes tended to 7 days deficiency and incorporation 3H-orotic acid also polymer portion were larger than trimer. After 25 31 deficiency, light markedly. Ratio is heavier hexamer total polysome transitory 5. Specific activity incorporated into RNA vivo that 14 C-leucine vitro then Both recovered administration thiamine.
