摘要: Objective The New England cottontail (Sylvilagus transitionalis) is a species of high conservation priority in the Northeastern United States, and was candidate for federal listing under Endangered Species Act until recent decision determined that actions were sufficient to preclude listing. The aim this study develop suite microsatellite loci guide future research efforts such as analysis population genetic structure, variation, dispersal, mark-recapture estimation.
