摘要: Abstract In recent years the applications of tree‐ring dating have greatly expanded in geographic coverage and scope. The rapid growth European dendrochronological efforts has resulted establishment absolute chronologies historical archaeological structures across northern Europe from Ireland to western Russia. Development long floating Near East give promise significant future advances. North America, particularly American Southwest, controls also been extended time space special attention focused on development new concepts techniques for interpretation. Broader data include reconstruction palaeoclimatic conditions recalibration radiocarbon time‐scale.
