摘要: AbstractThe present study demonstrates ultrastructurally the model of Litopenaeus vannamei male sexual maturation and spermatozoal capacitation. The results show that phase 1 occurred in seminiferous tubules includes spermatogenesis. In this phase, throughout differentiation spermatogonia into late spermatids following processes were observed: (1) decondensation chromatin; (2) rupture nuclear envelope; (3) reduction cytoplasm degeneration organelles; (4) formation acrosome via fusion cytoplasmic vesicles. Phase 2 comprised maturation, a process started with transfer ducts ended acrosomal spike terminal ampoules.
