摘要: Abstract Vortex states of Josephson vortices in Bi-2212 have been studied by transport measurements with a current along the c-axis on structured junctions parallel magnetic fields to superconducting layers. From flow-resistance vortices, three-dimensionally ordered state has determined samples from under-doped over-doped. At upper boundary phase, I–V characteristics show distinct change these samples. The power-law dependence voltage shows definite reflecting dimensionality JV phase.
